What is your return policy?
It is of the greatest importance that the customer is always happy with their purchase. Mystic Knight Armory has a 1-Year warranty against manufacturer defects and the Lifetime Mystic Knights Promise that if anything ever happens to your product that we will work with you to ensure that your saber is working properly for year to come. is Any cancellations to orders must be done within 24 hours of the time the order is placed. After 24 hours, refunds from cancellations may incur restocking fees. Any products that are customized by Mystic Knights Armory by means of custom acid etching, powder coating, weathering, etc. are not eligible for a return or refund. If for some reason the customer needs to return an item after they have received it, the refund will incur restocking fees, unless the item was damaged or defective. Refunds will be minus shipping costs. All products must be returned in the same condition they were sent to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be process within 15 days after receiving the returned products. If a customer receives a defective or damaged product, they can send it back for a brand new replacement. If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, for full replacement they must photograph damaged or defective product and notify Mystic Knights within 48 hours of receiving the product to qualify for replacement. Minor scratches and imperfections are not covered as a defect. Any damages that are due to dueling or incorrect use will also not be covered under warranty. The electronics are warrantied for one year against manufacturer defects. If a defect is found, we will work with the customer to make sure that the product is working properly. If a products needs to be sent back for repairs or returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Be sure to read all instructions and follow proper charging methods. Failure to do so will void warranty. If the item is damaged due to poor shipping, we will work with you to either have the item fixed or replaced. For some item’s replacement parts are also available. Removing or tampering with electronics may void warranty. Refunds, repairs or replacements will not be honored for improperly altering of saber or sound font files. Altering the saber hilt or electronics in anyway will void the warranty. We will not honor a return, replace or fix a saber that has been intentionally damaged, scratched, weathered, ground down, cut, drilled, acid etched, painted, powder coated, anodized or have extra parts glued or welded to the hilt. Please follow all instructions for use and proper care of electronics and batteries. Using a different charging cable or battery charger that was not supplied with the saber or charging the saber in an improper manner will void the warranty. Please be sure to always use the proper charging cable or charger that was supplied with your saber. Using another similar cable or charger could result in damage to the battery or sound board.
Sales, Promotions & Discounts Policies
From time to time, Mystic Knights has sales and promotions where the customer can receive a discount on their purchase by entering a promotional code at checkout. These promotions are limited time and have an advertised end date. If a purchase is made before the promotion, the customer will not receive the discount. Same is true about purchasing after the promotion; the customer will not receive the discount. If the customer purchases during the promotional period, but neglects to enter the promo code at check out, they may be to receive the discount, as long as the customer sends a message to Mystic Knights to alert that they forgot the code and would still like to receive the discount. The customer has to send a message within 5 days of purchase or until the order ships, which ever come first. Cancelation of an order to reorder during the promotional period may incur restocking fees. Please refer to the returns and cancelations policy. Only one promotional code can be used at one time. If you have a special circumstance where you would us multiple promo codes or want to use a gift card during a promotion, please contact Mystic Knights. We can either generate a new personal code or send you a direct invoice through PayPal with the deduction included. Sales, promotions and discounts will usually be advertised on the main page of the website. If Mystic Knights get busy during and after a sale or promotion, we may not always have time to update the website. This means an ad for an expired promo may still be shown. This does not mean that the discount is still available. The promotion code will expire automatically at a pre-specified date and time. The advertisements will have a sale ends by date listed on it, no discount will be given after this period is over even if the advertisement is still shown.
Do you sell gift cards?
Gift cards are available in multiple amounts. There is no expiration date on gift cards and can be applied to all items. This is a digital item and no actual card will be mailed to you. Soon after your purchase, you will recieve an email containing a PDF that has a copy of the gift acrd on it. To use gift cards, just enter the number on the card in the coupon code box at check out and the amount will be deducted from your total.
What are the payment options?
As well as accepting most major credit cards, you can pay for all items using PayPal, even if you don't have a PayPal account. Once you submit a purchase, it will take you to a PayPal link and you can there enter a credit/debit card or any other PayPal acceptable payment. PayPal is secure and protects not only the seller but the buyer as well. If for some reason, there is an issue, you can open a dispute with PayPal and recover any amount that you lost. With online fraud and hacking getting out of control, PayPal is the best way to pay. Mystic Knights Armory does not collect any credit card info and does not release any purchase or personal information about its customer to anyone. So, you can feel secure in purchasing and know that you are protected.
Troubleshooting
Problem: Saber is not turning on
Solutions: Low or dead battery. Charge saber for a minimum of 4 hours before use. Some sound boards will let you know when the saber is fully charged by saying, "Ready".

Problem: Saber has sound, but isn't lighting up
Solutions: For pixel blade setups, make sure the blade is firmly seated in the hilt and making contact with the connector pins in the hilt. For base lite setups, make sure the saber is fully charged.

Problem: No swing sounds or no saber hum sounds
Solutions: When saber battery drops to 0%, the boards can sometimes glitch and drop out some sounds even after charging. It resolve this problem reset the board by removing the battery and plug the saber into the charger for more than 10 seconds. Unplug charger and reinsert the battery. The saber should now be operating properly.

Problem: Saber shuts off while swinging
Solutions: Due to production variations, sometimes the battery compartment is a millimeter larger making the battery just slightly loose in the compartment. Simply use a small tool to carefully pry the battery contact tab out slightly so the battery makes better contact.
